Customers usually start lining up before the
official 9:00 start time to get the best choices!

The market will be held on Saturday mornings from
9:00 am - noon at the Boundary Avenue entrance
to the GHC Carnival Grounds.
This year’s market starts on June 21st and runs through
September 20th.  There will be no Market on July 12th
due to carnival week.

Vendors are asked to contact Karen Kinnaird at 301-606-9458 or John Kinnaird at 301-606-9458 to register. Applications may be picked up at the Thurmont Town Office,

Thurmont’s Economic Development Committee and Thurmont First Main Street extended a warm welcome to all G8 Summit visitors and we invite you to stop at our many shops, restaurants and attractions while you are in the area. Like many of our visitors you will find Thurmont and our surroundings to be a great little get away. Once you experience the fresh mountain air, quiet lifestyle, beautiful scenery, great parks and recreation facilities and warm welcoming residents it will be obvious why Thurmont serves as the site of the Presidential retreat at Camp David.
